We were greeted on arrival by the kindest man who showed us how to get a discount on parking and even helped with my phone. A room was spotless and had everything you could want in it, including fridge and safe. I cannot fault anything about this Hotel and I definitely will rebook this next time I am in Glasgow. You also get free tea and coffees on the ground floor all day long what more could you ask for. Excellent hotel with excellent staff, thank you Apex.

Nice & central, but not what I booked & paid for!

Hotel was central, parking 2min walk, was clean & was nice. However booked & paid for a superior double which had a seating area, something a little extra special for my husband’s birthday…was given a double city view. When we queried that we had the wrong room, was basically told “well we don’t have any superiors left, somehow the booking had changed to a city view but the manager would get back to me” that never happened. Yes the room was nice but it wasn’t what I booked or paid for! Feel like I got fobbed off, it wasn’t like I got a standard double. No, but thats not what I booked or paid for.
