We stayed here to be close to the airport. It served it's purpose. However, there are nicer hotels that we will use if we fly out of Dayton again. This hotel looks like it tried to be remodeled, but has missed the mark. The wallpaper is turning up, the room was not that clean. I'm including a pic of the heart that someone left on the window. Glad they love Tipp City, but wish it wasn't indicative of the rest of the room. It didn't feel clean and please know that I'm not a clean freak. I've met people that travel with Lysol wipes and I'm NOT like this. The mirror was not clean and the bed was wrinkled. It looked like someone had sat on the bed after it was made. I wasn't in the mood to fuss. We had a 6am flight to catch so the goal was to just sleep there for a few hours. I won't be back and I will NOT recommend. Not fresh, not very clean feeling, and is in need of TLC.

Nice rooms at a reasonable price. The people were friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was well done. Only negative thing, is you can only take a very very warm shower. I like hot steaming showers. Their anti-scaulding device was set just a tad too low.

The staff are nice and the hotel appears to be well kept. However, some of the furniture in our room was a little battered. The bed seemed comfy when we went to bed, but we both woke up with back aches - too soft. Breakfast was ok; the area was clean and the staff kept the serving dishes filled. Since it is right on the freeway, there is a lot of traffic noise. We forgot to bring swim suits, so didn't go to the pool.

We stopped here for the night when travelling to Disney. It is not very clean. We had a lot of noticeable dirt in the bathroom, hairs in the shower etc. Our door seemed a bit off as well and there was a huge gap along the bottom. Like a couple of inches, and you could see the side of the door had a gap as well. On the plus side we had a very large room with a king sized bed in one room with a tv, and two double beds in another room with a tv as well. The breakfast was free and decent.
