My family and I stayed at the resort for six days. It is very quiet but pleasant. We liked everything it offers. The only bad thing is that we couldn't enjoy the beach which looks very dirty due to the sargassum. It has easy access to Fifth Avenue, very convenient for walking and enjoying. For me, the best thing was the food at the buffet restaurant, it offers a wide variety of food and it was very good. Our host, Grecia, was very friendly at all times, making us feel very comfortable when enjoying our meals. I highly recommend her. I can recommend this resort. If you just want to enjoy the pool, you can go anytime, but if you want to enjoy the beach, it is best to go from March to April, or travel to Cozumel by ferry!

It's not the biggest resort but that's a plus because there are no crowded areas or waiting on anything. There are not enough activities especially for teenagers and young children but It's a great place for relaxation. The food was the best and the staff very friendly

Nice property and close to 5th Avenue and located on the beach. Food was very basic and a bit more variety would be nice. Beautiful pool but sun beds were taken quite early due to people reserving with towels . This was unfair as sometimes they were left for hours whilst not being used. Management need to look into this. Staff were amazing and always on hand if you needed anything. Entertainment a bit hit and miss. If you’re after a very quiet resort then this is the one for you, otherwise look for something bigger with more going on.

It’s a smaller property for sure, the biggest issue we had is no bottled water, I understand the water filtration system, but still difficult to totally trust. The staff is very friendly and the property is clean. Only one pool. And it’s pretty quiet until about 11 am everyday. The beach front is great and the water is perfect! Many fun activities within walking distance.

Our room was a little small and the beds are not comfortable, there was also hardly any evening entertainment for the week thatvwe were there, so that was kind of boring. I appreciated the warm welcome, and some of the staff were very attentive. The place is clean and well-located, close to restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, and parks. However, I was a little disappointed with the beach. It wasn’t the best and was somewhat dirty. I also didn’t like how some people at the hotel tried to push promotions or convince me to buy things, it felt too aggressive, and I don’t enjoy that while on vacation. The beach towel policy was also frustrating. There were too many rules, and losing one comes with a $30 charge, which seems extremely expensive for a towel. I wish there was a bit more trust toward guests. We come to relax, not to steal. Aside from that, many of the people were friendly, and the hotel itself is beautiful.

Stayed for a week with family. Loved the staff, always caring and very polite. Ivan welcomed us with a smile, showed us the hotel and gave us the right information for our stay. The buffet had different options every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fresh and tasty! Rooms were clean and had a cute balcony with view to the pool. However, humidity can be intense and clothes/sheets/floor may feel sticky. Location was great if you wanted to be close to the 5th avenue, walkable distance (500mts), stores and pharmacy nearby. Private Beach access was direct from the hotel, but is not a massive area, and there is a marina next to the hotel so boats right in front of the beach. Check in and check out were smooth and had no issues.

We had an amazing time at the Reef Coco Beach! The food was great! Staff were helpful, friendly and fun. Our first night we were located close to the lobby and it was too noisy for us with the late night activities... they graciously allowed us to move rooms further away. So much to do at the resort for the teens...mini golf, ping pong, pool table, pool volleyball. They also had yoga on the beach and water aerobics (didn't participate). I noticed they had other activities too...painting t-shirts, etc. In the evening they had shows near the pool and beach party! The resort is on the beach and walkable to town to shop and go to restaurants. Most importantly we felt safe!! Will definitely visit again!
