Good hotel .Breakfast was ok but no welcoming host.There is no restaurant so you have to dine out in the evening. Staff helpful and pleasant. Great location next to the (large!) river Rhine.Fairly easy walk into the centre- 20 minutes.

Not recommended

The overall facilities are poor. The hallway/carpet and the room are dirty, and the towels are run-down. I would not expect this for a Radisson hotel, but it seems this hotel chain has become of poor quality. I would not stay here again.

Stayed here for three nights in June during Euro 24. Great location on the banks of The Rhine, with a short stroll to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and there's a great indoor/outdoor rooftop terrace for drinks and pizza/bratwurst.

The room was a bit small as expected, but quite functional (single person, 4 nights). Overall quite comfortable and satisfactory. Two small inconveniences: had to beg the reception desk for a drinking glass (none in the room), and absolutely no way to get any receipt (proof of stay) when paid through Expedia.

I attempted to upgrade my room over a week before my trip. Also when I got to the hotel. I sent emails to the address given to be my the hotel staff. I have left there almost a week now and they still haven’t responded. At check in the staff was extra rude and overly sarcastic. It was absolutely unnecessary.

It's a colourful hotel, situated by the river, only about a 10 minutes walk from the city center. We had a generally pleasant stay, we were even able to watch the Euro 24 final on the rooftop bar. We stayed in room 135 on the ground floor with a view towards a back street so not memorable. The room was clean and spatious. The only problem was that the A/C wasn't strong enough, even on the lowest setting the room never got properly cool which made it hard to sleep at times. Also a mini fridge would have been nice since we visited in summer. But all in all it was a good stay and the rate was fair. I would consider again in the future.

Apparently none of the rooms have 2 beds. So while Expedia said that the room we rented is great for families of 3, it was not. Maybe if the child was an infant but we traveled with our teenager so just 1 bed was rough. The room didnt have a couch and no roll away bed option. The rooftop bar was closed the whole time too although it was asvertised as open. So that was another disappointing thing.

No cups or glasses in room. If thirsty you need to stick your head under the faucet to get a drink. 18 euro for breakfast at checkin, don't pay, just show up and eat, nobody to check. Good cold breakfast selection, everything cold, even the eggs. Messy tables all over, no place to return dirty dishes so they just sit on the tables, no one to clean. One good thing is that at least you can "steal" a glass here for yiur room. Front desk staff was excellent. Hotel very far away from city sites, close to river but loud pumping station runs 18 hours a day. Rooftop bar open only when management thinks they can make money, you don't know if it's open until you show up and the doors are closed.

Un séjour qui a mal démarré…

Très mauvais accueil du jeune homme à notre arrivée : il était sur son téléphone portable… Etant de mauvais élèves en anglais et ne connaissant pas l’allemand, il n’a fait aucun effort pour se faire comprendre et en plus nous l’a reproché. A part lui, le reste du personnel est serviable. l’hôtel est agréable, en bord de fleuve, près du centre ville, facile pour y aller à pieds. Proximité d’un parking couvert à 2 minutes en voiture et 5 minutes à pieds très peu cher la nuit (3 euros de mémoire). Chambre agréable et bon petit déjeuner
