The entire staff was excellent. The food and bar was very expensive but understood given the seasonal nature of Big Sky Ski resort.

We were just there one night, the room was fine - nice kitchen which we didn’t need but still nice with Nespresso coffee maker-best part!!!! What I did not realize is the bed was a Murphy bed and it was not very comfortable. It only has 2 small pillows so called and quickly received 2 more. All in all it was fine for one night, but I would make sure you don’t book the Murphy bed as your only bed!!!

Lovely property. Decor very nice. Eileen at the concierge desk was very patient and helpful. W ate at the Carabiner . Food was good. Justin was our waiter twice and did a fine job. The studio room was nice and provided the necessities we needed. May we suggest moving the tv to the corner of the room near the hall . If it swiveled then it would make it much easier to watch tv on sofa or on bed. Shout out to Chris my ski instructor. He was patient and helped me fix some of my weak spots.

Great hotel. Can not beat the location. True ski-in/out. Valet puts your skis right next to the lift. Only complaint was our room was categorized as a "Superior Room' but the bed was a Murphy Bed (pulls out of the wall) and felt like a hide-a-bed comfort-wise. They only cleaned our room once and never replenished coffee. Only got new towels one day. With that said, will definitely come back.

The remodel or refresh of the units is fine, not high quality you would expect for a resort. The pool/gym were closed, if we had known we would have choose a different property that had that onsite, they expected us to walk to other properties to enjoy those amenities at one of there oldest properties it the same experience I choose price and amenities wise. They don’t offer parking in the lot in front, you can pay for valet or park and walk across the entire resort to get to this property.
