Great location to see most everything in Lucerne. Train station is close enough for us to carry our luggage to. The breakfast is fabulous and well staffed to ensure all entrees are stocked. Also very quiet, never heard anything for the 2 nights we stayed. Highly recommend!!!!

Liked hotel, but A/C is weak!

This hotel was clean and nice. It offers A/C but the A/C was very weak and our room was very warm. We did like the location because it was a nice and easy walk to old town. The receptionist was very polite and had to come make our third bed because housekeeping forgot to. She offered us a free drink for the inconvenience which was very nice.

This was a nice start with my toddler and husband! They offered a crib for us and everything was clean! We’re had lovely views from our window and just enjoyed our stay here!
