The staff at this hotel definitely went out of their way to make sure I had a good time especially a gentleman name Renato ! The housekeeping staff were excellent and always making sure you didn't need anything cleaned or any towels !

I was disappointed with the hotel pool, it was dirty and murky during our entire stay (two nights), and the pool shower was out of service. The hot water in our hotel room was inconsistent. Although we had a kitchen with a stove in our room, there was no spoons forks or knives

Very close to the airport which we wanted. FYI- no elevators which was fine for us but good for others to know. Bed was comfortable but towels although clean, they were fraying. One of them really should be put out of service and used as a cleaning rag at this point. It’s is a residential area so nothing in walking distance to grab a quick bite. We had a rental and we figured we’d go buy a few snacks and drinks to have in our room, however after we had checked in and paid, they informed us their policy is no outside food allowed to be brought in to the property. I thought they meant to the pool area which I can understand. However, I asked for further clarification and their policy includes no outside food in the room as well.

Nice yard with a pool. Their beach club, which you need a free shuttle to get to, is amazing. Little options in their restaurant. Far from the tourist places, taxi is needed. Nothing to do in the near area around it. Bring mosquito repellent. No elevators to get up to the 4th floor.

I loved being able to get a lounge by the pool. Disappointed that our kitchen had no cutlery, dishes ,pots n pans, or dish soap or cloths. Also hot plate not activated unless we paid another 500 Pesos per day. So we could do no cooking. Also coffee machine was great but no cups or a few pods for our first morning before able to buy

La experiencia fue decepcionante. El personal de recepción mostró una actitud poco resolutiva: respuestas estandarizadas del tipo “lo vamos a revisar” sin llegar a dar soluciones concretas y con actitud condescendiente. Las instalaciones requieren mantenimiento: colchón hundido, tumbonas rotas y apenas 8 sombrillas para más de 30 camastros, lo que significa que más de la mitad de los huéspedes no tiene acceso a sombra, y la única respuesta ofrecida por recepción fue que “puede estar en la alberca, pero no hay sombrillas”. La habitación, es pequeña, poco cómoda para una estancia de más de una noche. Lo único positivo fue la atención en el bar y en la alberca, donde el servicio sí fue amable y rápido, pero la impresión es que muchos de los empleados no disfrutan de su trabajo, y esto se refleja directamente en la calidad del servicio. Por último, el costo del pase de un día al club de playa es excesivo y poco justificado, especialmente considerando que anteriormente estaba incluido en la estancia y era uno de los principales atractivos de hospedarse aquí. La nueva política representa una pérdida significativa de valor para el huésped. En resumen, se trata de un hotel que ha perdido calidad y atractivo en su oferta, con un servicio deficiente, instalaciones descuidadas y políticas poco convenientes para el cliente. Una lástima, porque podría tener potencial, pero actualmente no lo recomendaría.
