Old classic Kuva is getting old?

Another stay at Kuva before I fly off (convenience for being not far from the airport), and to catch up all the delicious food from the night market nearby. Just that- the condition of the hotel is getting old- bathroom was getting moldy and the old carpet smell is making Kuva more and more like a haunted mansion

Spacious Rooms,and Well-Maintained Despite Its Age

The hotel shows signs of aging, but kudos to the team for excellent maintenance. The self-service laundry, located on level 5 alongside the gym and water cooler, has multiple washers and dryers, which is very convenient. The room is very spacious, and I loved the free movies provided. The location is a bit far from the train station, and navigating the pedestrian sidewalks with luggage can be challenging, though this is not the hotel's fault. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

I booked a 3-night stay, starting from the night before my trip because my flight was scheduled to arrive at 5 a.m. From past experience with this hotel, I knew they charge nearly a full day’s rate just to check in a few hours early (check-in is at 3 p.m., but they once allowed me in at 11 a.m. with a high fee), so I decided to book the extra night to avoid that. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected incident, I was unable to board my flight. I contacted the hotel immediately, and even had my friend—who was already staying at the hotel—speak to the front desk on my behalf. Despite this, the hotel refused to offer any flexibility or partial refund. They insisted on charging me the full amount for all three nights, with no consideration for the situation, not even a 50% refund which is a common courtesy in cases of emergency or no-show due to unforeseen events. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be staying at this hotel again.
