Bugs in the room, no dresser, no hair dryer, no carpeting, breakfast didn't have any sausage or beacon, wouldn't give us extra pillows, pool was clean and warm, staff was friendly
Scott, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Always enjoyed the creek and mountain views for decades. However breakfast has seriously gone downhill

Room was very comfortable. Needed a rod for hanging clothes and a hanger for toilet paper. Breakfast was adequate. Missing breakfast meat. Front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating.

Definitely get what you pay for...but it was good for the night We got to see a bear, the pool was warm and beds comfortable. Rooms are very dated, peeling paint and not great outlets for plugs, elevator wasnt working and breakfast had good items but not much of it.
Sandy, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Our stay was excellent. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary. The location was right downtown, so we were in walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was a little limited but it was ok. We even so a live bear that comes around at night (scary but cool).

Excellent

Our stay was great. The price was very very good. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. The room was very clean. Front desk girl was great when we arrived. I booked on hotels.com to get the better deal, not knowing i booked a handicapped unit, the frint desk gave us a difference room. We actually got to see a bear right in front of our room. Very good hotel. We definitely will be staying there again
Thomas, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We had a great time convenient to everything
Reed, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Amazing location. Loved the creek and pool. The room was clean and neat. This is a no frills hotel option. Not a luxury option, and we were ok with that. The nightly bear sightings was alarming at first, but once we learned what to do (and not to do), we were fine. It’s just a regular occurrence in Gatlinburg. The morning breakfast could use some improvements. It was just underwhelming… otherwise this place was great!

Heated Pool, Great Location, Great Price

The hotel is in a great location right on the parkway. I typically won't stay at a Quality Inn but decided to take the chance due to positive reviews, location and price. It is an older motel, but you can tell they have had recent renovations. The pool was heated and open until 11pm so we were able to take advantage of the pool this early in the season and relax after walking all day. I do wish the lights on the balconies shut off and our door to the balcony was very difficult to open but being right over the creek was beautiful.Overall, I would stay here again. It was great for the price.

it was really nice clean great location

Lights not working, hair in tub, mold on walls.
liz, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Mold in bathroom. Toilet seat broken. Dirty floor in bathroom. Actual room is not creekside! The "hill of death" if you plan on walking around. No way to get down to the main check-in for breakfast except to drive or walk around and there usually isn't parking available.
Sheri, 1-night trip

Sue and her dog Lucy.

It was my dog Lucy and I went on a small vacation, beautiful view around it the rooms are nice and clean and comfortable except for the bed the mattress was a little soft for my tastes but as far as that everything else was awesome, great location staff everybody was friendly and helpful.
5-night trip

2/10 Poor

The room had an old molded smell and the bathroom light had blown out and it literally took them two days to replace it. The free breakfast was horrible they only served mini muffins, cereal, eggs, biscuits and gravy and waffles. We stayed on the hilltop and only had access to the main lobby if we drove down because the elevator was out of order. And was told not to leave any food in our vehicle because the black bears would destroy your car and retrieve the food. Downtown Gatlinburg is a wonderful location just don't stay at this particular hotel there under new management 🙄 and it's disappointing to find out after you have paid for your stay 😞
Trevona, 5-night trip

2/10 Poor

Sketchy vibe

My Mom and I checked in at night after driving from FL, the whole place had a sketchy, run-down vibe. The building and room looked nothing like the photos, or else I would have never booked here! Elevator was broke, so had to take dark stairs to find our room, which was essentially a broom closet at the end of the building sharing the exhaust for the restaurant next door. We felt unsafe being there, so we left and booked somewhere else. Booking is non-refundable, but we weren’t staying there!

No complaints! Everything worked properly and was clean looking. Bed was comfortable. Hot water worked. Staff was beyond friendly. I don’t see why people talked bad about this place; unless they are picky people

Location!

This hotel is in the perfect location. Located across from Ober Gatlinburg and next to the convention center as well. Walking distance to everything. We really enjoy the Creek under the balcony and they have a pretty good breakfast as well. It was our second time staying and we will be back again.
