A lot of dust under the beds but otherwise the rooms in the SPA building are quite fresh. You have to pay extra if you want to try billiards or some other activity and this is very unusual in similar hotels according to our experience.

Stiff beds, unfortunately didn't sleep well

We stayed in a superiour double room but unfortunately didn´t sleep well due to the stiffness of the beds. (I would compare the beds to those found in cheap Mediterranean hotels in the 90's.) We ordered the Summer buffet and it was really good with lots of dishes to shoose from.The only complaint here would be that they didn't include any kind of dessert nor coffee or tea. There were however sweets (cake croissants etc.) as part of the breakfast buffet. I would suggest that the hotel also or instead offer them as dessert after the evening buffet. Now it just seems cheap not to have any kind of dessert included in the summer evening buffet and kind of surplus to have them at breakfast. Beside these issues we enjoyed our stay.

En svettig natt och en tom frukostbuffé

Jag kan tyvärr inte rekommendera det här hotellet under varma sommardagar. Rummet vi först fick var olidligt hett – utan AC och utan möjlighet till ordentlig ventilation. Vi blev visserligen erbjudna andra rum, men de var lika varma. Temperaturen var på riktigt ohälsosam, och det gick knappt att sova. Personalen försökte verkligen hjälpa till, men hotellet verkar helt enkelt inte vara rustat för sommarvärme. Frukosten blev ytterligare en besvikelse. Det är första gången jag varit med om att maten faktiskt tar slut – det fylldes inte på i takt med att gästerna åt, och allt blev bara mer och mer utplockat ju längre morgonen gick. Dessutom saknades det frukt. Och det är verkligen synd. För här finns så mycket potential. Området är fantastiskt, de offentliga utrymmena vackra, och personalen är trevliga. Men i dagsläget är det inte prisvärt – hotellet missar tyvärr sitt viktigaste syfte: att erbjuda en god natts vila. Just nu får man det inte.

Spa faciliteterna hade varit bra om det fanns en utomhus pool, samt att vik/solstolarna var helt under en stor ek vilket skymde solen helt. Svårt att få tid för massage, försökte 4 gånger men tyvärr hade inte sommarjobbare befogenhet att boka tider och den som kunde satt i möte 2 av gångerna vi försökte få en tid. Slut på vanligt te så jag köpte mig eget, frukosten i övrigt var något vidare, kall äggröra och bacon och mest sura vindruvor som frukt. (Endast en dag av 4 fanns det extra med vattenmelon) Ingen AC på rummen men vi fick med en mindre fläkt. Golfbanan som ligger precis bredvid var i toppform och mycket trevlig att spela. Trevlig personal på hotellet men väldigt juniora i restaurangen och spa. Största besvikelsen var spat då detta var varför vi bokade.

Väldigt litet och trångt rum, helt charmlöst. Tjejen i receptionen var hjälpsam och fixade toapapper till vårt rum, då det saknades. Middagen och servicen i restaurangen var undermålig. Fina omgivningar och trevlig personal. Middagen på hotellet var bra. Rummet var modernt men badrummet skulle behöva en ordentlig rengöring då det var äckliga fogar, speciellt i duschen. Rummet var trångt, det gick inte att ta sig runt till respektive sida av sängen. Det var också extremt lyhört. Det fanns ingen AC och fläkten vi fick av receptionen gjorde inte mycket skillnad.
