Perfect layover hotel

Not sure why this place would have any poor reviews, it’s the perfect layover hotel. Sure there are no windows in the room but it’s ideal for a totally dark room to sleep in for your layover. Shower had great pressure and bed was very comfy. Has everything you need to refresh and rest during a Helsinki airport stay.

A good cheap overnight stay at Helsinki airport. No windows, but everything else you need for a good nights sleep between flights. Lots of dining or shopping options in the landside area of the terminal if you need food or anything else during your stay. Hotel has a few basic food and drink options too in case you are there very late and the outside ones might be closed. Recommended.

Great for overnight layovers!

We landed in Helsinki at 10pm and had a second flight at 10am, and this hotel ensured we got the perfect amount of sleep before continuing our journey. Honestly, the windowless rooms were awesome, as we were able to sleep for a full 8 hours to help us adjust to the time change! The room was bigger than I was expecting based on other reviews, but we didn’t need a ton of space just to sleep anyway. Staff was nice and checkin was easy. Just be sure to discharge any static charge on your body before plugging anything in - we got shocked by the outlet.

Decent stay - not suitable for light sleepers

This is a very practical hotel as it is just outside the arrival doors after baggage claim. The staff is very nice and my check in was smooth. It is clean and there was enough room for a short stay. However, it was too noisy, I am not a light sleeper but I woke up many times during the night because of the airport noise upstairs. Don’t forget your earplugs ! Besides that, it was perfect for an overnight stay.

It looks like a prison cell with about the same amenities (none at all) every time you open the door you envision a movie where they say ‘open up on cell 3’ only good thing is prison is free this you have to pay
