We stayed at 5 hotels in our house search on the island of Mallorca 2024 Honestly, this was the worst one without doubt. Having spent €500 we had high hopes , but sadly it was not to be. In summary… Reception staff, average at best. Room, the worst room we stayed in the whole of Mallorca, it smelt , bathroom tired, zero view, it was clean however. Bar staff not happy, On check out they really were not bothered, pay the bill and leave. No nice touches as you arrive/leave eg bottle of fizz in the room , sentenced candle when you leave etc. all other Mallorca hotels did something. Very disappointed, felt like it was living on past reputation, happy to be contacted if the hotel is at all interested, which I doubt. Without doubt, average at best

The problem with this property was the lack of value for money. The room size is disappointing for 600 euros per night. There was no complimentary water in the room, bathroom accessories and towels poor quality. The restaurant was fully booked for 4 nights after we requested a table yet the need to book was not advised at check in. The TV room had a persistent bad smell ( very similar to urine) - the staff were made aware and seemed to be trying to find out what was causing it. Given the room was required to watch Wimbledon it was most unpleasant. Many guests were complaining about poor service, there were simply not enough of them at busy times. On the positive side: the staff very friendly and helpful, the breakfast food and range was excellent and the location of the hotel is very good. Sadly the overall experience was not worth the cost.

Un séjour incroyable !

Un des plus bel hotel que j'ai pu fréquenter. Une sorte de magie opère dès que vous pousser les portes de l'établissement. Un service millimétré, une atmosphère unique, un bar et un restaurant d'excellente qualité, le tout "les pieds dans l'eau" :-) Nous reviendrons !

Really nice hotel. We opted for the Apartments which were not in fitting with the start rating of the hotel. Basic, low quality accommodation which was not good value.

We love this hotel and would always come back. The staff is super friendly, the breakfast is great and the location right on the water is just perfect. Also the closeness to Cap Formentor is special, especially when you are a cyclist.
