Ok for a short stay

Well you have to consider that they just got through to hurricanes two years ago, one of the major problems is the elevators they have four elevators but only two work half of the time and they're not fast elevators very slow, the rooms are in good condition except the air conditioners cool the room at night comfortably but in during the day no you needed a fan, the beach access was good and the pools are good and the waiter and waitress staff was excellent.

The ac went out twice, the WiFi once. Avoid this this place on weekends when the Mexico City people arrive. Brutal. Staff is great and I sm sure the interruptions are still Hurricane related. The food is buffet style and what you expect. Still good. Good walking and shopping

I read a review that said the staff was the best thing about the hotel and it is true, they do what they can and what is within their reach, unfortunately the hotel fails in several aspects. I went in the low season (beginning of March) and there were 2 events (a wedding and a birthday party) I don't know if the hotel miscalculated but during meal times the restaurants were packed with people having to queue for up to half an hour and once you had gotten a table, the food was gone and you also had to wait up to half an hour for the buffet trays to be refilled, the queues at the 3 bars were the same, queues and more queues.

El personal de recepción nos entregó una habitación que ya estaba asignada, y a pesar de que nos cambiaron a otra, todo el fin de semana fue un problema, no reconocían nuestra estancia con ese numero de habitación, nos fueron a tocar dos veces para decirnos que teníamos que cambiarnos, en el restaurante también nos hicieron esperar por el tema de la habitación, la tarjeta se desconfiguró en dos ocasiones y se tardaban por la misma situación. Los elevadores son una pesadilla.

Very disappointed with the check in and check out processes. It took me 3 hours the check in and 2 hours the check out and when I tried asking for all inclusive the next morning, I had to make another line for 1 hour… terrible to waste time in your vacations. Hotel and waiters were ok but the children’s water pod was dirty and in the Tobogan no one was looking at kids safety, anyone could use it and little kids might get hurt if no security standards are set. The Oxxo was ok but if you buy something there, then you cannot eat it or drink within the hotel areas… then why is is inside the hotel?

The room was already occupied when we arrived and the attendant Alejandro was really rude. The shower didn‘t have a courtain so the whole bathroom was wet after taking a shower. At least one of the four elevators was always unavailable. My booked a room with breakfast included and they always told me I had to pay (after checking i was told it was a mistake but three times was too much). I‘m really dissapointed because pur experience two years ago in Hotel Krystal in Puerto Vallarta was totally different.
