Friendly staff. We always still there when we go to Brazil. Easy access to the beach. Hotel has great buffet breakfast and the pool area is pretty cool.

The hotel was fine, staff was efficient and pleasant, very helpful. Sadly the area is like everywhere in cities in Brasil, you cannot walk safely at night, but considering the challenges of the country our stay was positive!!! 5 stars to the staff !!!!

Must be one of the worst hotels around.

The beds felt cheap and uncomfortable. The minibar fridge was noisy and difficult to disconnect. We had a drop from the roof over one bed. The building floors is uneven and the luggage wheels make a hammering noise on corridors and rooms. No hot water at night. Near the hotel was a construction site way to noisy which didn't let us sleep comfortable. We asked for a refund for the second night we got left and got a courtesy dinner at hotel's restaurant. The meals were just awful. Uneatable. On top of our bad experience some people of the staff had bad attitude and the hotel is NOT in font of the beach. NEVER, EVER COMING BACK. Just run away from this one.

Muito bom o quarto, cama confortável, no banheiro a parte do banho muito pequena molha do lado de fora, wi-fi pega bem no quarto, o café da manhã atende bem e o estacionamento é pago (R$25), parece qua não é no local tem manobristas para levar e buscar o veículo.

Bom custo benefício, com alguns problemas. Equipe muito gentil, bom café da manhã. Piscina agradável, poderia ter algum guarda sol. Quarto com problemas: Split muito barulhento e sem refrigeração adequada, ventava diretamente sobre a cama, tivemos que desligar para conseguir dormir. Comida do room service, chegou fria e com talher sujo Sem suporte no box para shampoo e sabonete. Apesar de avisado dos problemas , o hotel não providenciou manutenção desses itens.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, funcionários educados e prestativos. O café da manhã é excelente. Porém, quanto eu cheguei ao hotel e fiz o check-in o quarto ainda não estava disponível para entrada, isso era quase 18h, tive que aguardar a limpeza. Demorou aproximadamente 25min, mas para quem estava com criança de 1 ano e 6 meses é ruim. Ao entrar, a limpeza nao estava legal, mas nao reclamei, pois as pessoas estavam sobrecarregadas de serviço naquele dia. O box do banheiro é apertado para entrar, a água do chuveiro é morna para fria. O rejunte do box estava escuro de encardido, necessita de uma faxina mais detalhada. Nota-se um esforço e boa vontade, os funcionários aparentemente seguram muito a onda para a rede.

Court séjour

L'accueil fut normal, l'hôtesse était très souriante par contre il m'a fallu lui arracher les informations concernant le lieu du petit déjeuner, l'heure d'ouverture ,où se trouve la salle de sport , piscine et jaccuzi. J'avais une chambre au 2eme étage côté réception et avec une vue sur les autres immeubles. A ce même niveau était installé tous les climatiseurs et depuis l'intérieur de la chambre je pouvais entendre le vacarme des ces appareils. A la nuit tombée c'était insupportable. Je vous déconseille le 2eme étage de cette partie de l'hôtel, c'est à fuir. La chambre est vraiment spacieuse avec un grand lit confortable, une TV grand écran, la climatisation. La salle de bain avait l'air correct mais il y avait plusieurs problèmes dont : la chasse d'eau était peu puissante ce qui m'obligeait à utiliser et remplir le seau d'eau et le verser dans la cuvette des WC. Au niveau de la douche , l'eau stagnait, l évacuation complète ne se faisait pas. Système D, à l'aide de mon pied j'ai dû évacuer le surplus d'eau et attention lorsque vous revenez prendre la douche , le sol reste glissant à cause de l'eau stagnante. Les robinets à l'ancienne ne sont pas pratiques , un pour l'eau froide et un pour l'eau chaude. Le ménage est fait régulièrement sauf la veille de mon départ, elle s'est pointé vers 17h et je n'ai pas compris. De ce fait elle n'a pas pû le faire. Mise à part ces désagréments, le personnel est très investi et professionnel.

Chegamos as 23:00 e so tinha um funcionário na recepção que também era responsável por atender os telefones. Ele estava super saturado e acabou demorando no atendimento. O cafe da manhã estava bem cheio e alguns produtos nao tinham reposição.
