The property is old but the location is convenient, it is very close (walking distance) to Mundo E where you can find a variety of restaurants, stores, grocery store and entertainment; is at a short driving distance to Plaza Satelite- shopping Mall The staff super kind and helpful, the room service was not great. The shampoo and conditioner in the room are awful, really bad quality product. Bring yours! We choose this hotel because the overall value is good.

The water supply in the sinks was minimal; barely a small amount of water came out when the faucet was turned on; which was very inconvenient even to brush your teeth. We asked for a baby crib, it was a terrible idea, old metal crib very deteriorated, the crib mattress was in very bad condition, the mattress protector was broken y different parts, they didnt supply the right mattress accesories y was a big regular sheet and a very old blanket. At the end the baby hit herself with the metal crib started crying in the middle of the nidht we ended up pushing both beds together and leaving the baby in the corner surrounded by all the pillows. The food was good and the staff was very good.

Pésima actitud de servicio del personal de la recepción. Me acerqué porque en la habitación no habia informacion sobre el menú para pedir a la habitación y solo me dijo que llamara al restaurante, tuve que ir al restaurante y ahi amablemente me dieron una copia. En el check out me regañaron por la hora de salida, en la aplicacion dice a la 1 y me dicen que es a las 12, son buenos para dar retrolimentación al cliente pero no para recibirla, cuando explique la.razon de la hora de salida, lejos de escucharme volvio a decirme que por excepción no me cobraban como si estuvieran haciendo un favor. Las fotos de la habitación no coinciden con la realidad, no habia silla en el escritorio y la ocupaba para trabajar.

No tienen control y cero confieble el servicio de valet parking, tardaron mucho en entregarme mi auto porque no encontraban la llave, despues me di cuenta que me robaron un chaleco en el valet parking, la posicion del gerente y su personal fue que les comprobara que lo llevaba en el auto. Ademas en las habitaciones se escucha todo lo que sucede en la habitacion de a lado.

El hotel es antiguo bien cuidado pero con muchos detalles en el mantenimiento, goteras en el restaurante, mosaicos de los baños caídos, y su sistema no es claro para ellos mismos, me dieron dos cuartos con personas adentro, fue una pena entrar a una habitación ocupada. Me hospede en un suite yo y mi pareja y solo me dieron una toalla en hoteles de menor categoría hay hasta 4 toallas. Un 7 de 10
