It was just an overnight stay on a long trip. I could tell that this was an older property, next to a truck stop. It had been cleaned up and refurbished, but still had the look, smell and feel of a lower range property. It was clean and the staff was excellent. I was comfortable and slept well and breakfast was appreciated. I wouldn’t want to vacation here, but I was happy in that it provided me with what I needed.

This was a wonderful place to stay extremely clean, excellent room for exceeded my expectations. Then the breakfast was wonderful. Bacon eggs sausage and gravy waffles, juices etc. on top of that the staff was wonderful very very friendly. I would recommend anyone to stay here

Welcoming Country Hospitality

Hotel was perfect for our trip to Carthage. Convenient to downtown Carthage. Andrea at the front desk was always on top of things and so friendly and welcoming. We had a TV question and the maintenance came within minutes. It is a well run and maintained hotel.

Great stay!

This hotel was very nice. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We didn’t have the breakfast but it was available. Too early for the pool but they do have one. It was quiet and close to everything. The square has a lot of shopping and a new brewery. If we pass through this town again I would definitely stay again. Kiara at the desk was very friendly and helpful. footprints statue was very beautiful and a nice place to relax and pray.

Rooms were seemingly clean and no other issues EXCEPT: when a reviewer says “Bedbugs” in all caps, don’t think it was a one-off and take your chances like we did. Got home with many a BEDBUG bite. Please management- take care of this issue!!!

do better next time

Disappointed that there were no Kind rooms available on the ground floor and that there was no elevator and that they us a room farthest from the stairs. Breakfast area was overcrowded and lay out of food locations closeness of tables to serving line was inconvenient for all. Food prep was also slow, some people waited 10 minutes for eggs, juice and waffle mix. The couch had large stains on it.
