Rent, fräscht och trevlig personal!

Sängarna var lite slitna, så fjädrarna lät när man vände sig. Det var också en miss att sova på gatuplan, eftersom rummet verkade ligga intill ett stråk där hemvandrande nattfestare använde. Det var lite jobbigt. Men er personal var helt fantastisk. Vi blev uppringda precis när vi stod utanför, ganska försenade jämfört med tiden vi hade angett som ankomsttid. Det kändes så hemtrevligt och som en mor som väntade och var lite orolig för sitt barn. : ) Alla vi träffade var mycket trevliga och era städerskor gör ett otroligt bra jobb! Så på det stora hela är vi supernöjda och rekommenderar gärna hotellet till andra. Varmt tack!

Trevligt bemötande av personalen i receptionen. Vissa av frukostpersonalen var mindre trevlig. Rummet var bra och lagom stort, bra sängar.

Fantastisk service som uppmärksammade vår förlovningsdag med en liten goodie bag och såg till så vi fick ett badkar på rummet. Fint och stort rum, men lite slitet och sedan rätt dåligt städat i badrummet. Frukosten var bra men brödet lite segt och där fanns inga croissanter eller liknande. Vi är dock mer än nöjda och kan tänka oss bo här igen! Bra läge, stort rum och som sagt, superbra service.

Vi saknade mjölk till kaffet. Pulver känns inte lika bra, men vi förstår att det kanske är svårt. Lite svagt ljus i badrummet då lamporna satt långt bort. Annars mycket trevlig upplevelse! Kommer gärna tillbaka 😊

Semibra men ändå dåligt.

Bra service att vi kunde byta rum pga hög ljudnivå utanför fönster. Däremot fick vi förmodligen ett av de sämsta rummen på hela hotellet. Ingen ventilation och fläktar som varken var effektiva eller rena. Bra frukostbuffé.

Mycket fint bemötande, rummet var väldigt mysigt och väldigt fräsch. Ett plus var att man kunde låna paraply när man skulle ut och upptäcka Örebro och inte fått med sig detta hemifrån. Centralt och väldigt fint, sköna sängar.

Makalöst varmt rum, till synes helt utan ventilation. Endast ett litet fönster, som vetter mot stora festgatan utanför, så högljutt hela kvällen och natten vilket gjorde det svårt att sova eftersom det var för varmt med stängt fönster. Rummet rent och bekvämt i övrigt, men med den hettan kan det inte bli annat än dåligt betyg.
