This is our third stay at Amida. It is now our choice of Hotel in Diyarbakir. Its perfectly located in Sur, within walking distance of everything the old city offers. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Although its not open buffet, breakfast is pleasant. The building and facilities has its limits the rooms are well appointed and clean, most basic hotel services are provided.

Great location. Attentive and friendly staff. Tea and coffee served all day in a lovely inner courtyard. Breakfast was perfect and made especially for us. Staff went out of their way to make children feel special. Clean and spacious rooms.

The hotel is exceptional in every way and the location is perfect for visiting the main tourist attractions. The hotel even booked me a cab which stayed with me for 4 hours to take me on a tour of Egil, which is 40 kilometers from the hotel.

Cons: Our room had an old cigarette smell, the corridor carpet needs replacing as it is all stained, thr shower has mildew around the tiles. Pros: The location is great to visit Diyarbakır on foot, the staff is friendly and professional.

The property was run down and not stocked up with supplies properly. But the staff were still able to provide good service to customers.

At the moment you enter the hotel you get that smoking smell. Everybody even the manager smokes in the hotel lobby area. The lobby area is adjacent to the rooms so sometimes there can be noise to the rooms. If you are a smoker you can choose the hotel. The room and the breakfast was ok, location was perfect in the shopping center near to the museam and the castle.

The cleaning service was top-notch, maintaining a clean and tidy room throughout my stay. The mini bar offered fair prices, making it a convenient option for in-room refreshments. The breakfast was good, but my only minor complaint is that it remained the same every day. Some variety in the breakfast menu would have been appreciated. Despite this small drawback, the hotel’s positives certainly outweighed the negatives. I would recommend this hotel for its great location, cleanliness, and reasonable mini bar prices.

Yalniz kis bahcesindeki misafirlerin sesi gercekten odalarda istirahat edenleri rahatsiz ediyor bu konuda bir duzenleme yapilmasi gerekli . Ayrica odadaki fan cok gurultulu calisiyordu odayi isitmak icin gurultuden uyuyamadm fani kapatip serinde yatmayi tercih ettik o derece gurultulu fan .

Öncelikle otel beklediğimizin çok altında çıktı. Odanın mobilyası yıpranmış lekeli ve nevresim takımı sanki bizde önce biri kullanmış gibiydi. Bizi en çok üzen şey ise gece 01.00’de uyurken otel çalışanlarının odamıza dalmaları idi, neyseki arkadan çengeli kapatmış idik “hocam kusura bakmayın odayı boş sanıyorduk” cümlesi ile yetinildi. Kahvaltı için ise açık büfe felan değildi. Acılı sos çikolata zeytin peynir yumurta çay idi. Genel anlamda içimize sinmedi, bir daha tercih etmeyiz.
