They did a great job for being short staffed! The general manager was amazing. Although we didn't get checked in on time (by 4 pm) because the room was not clean, she gave us a free breakfast. It was a great trip and a nice stay! I would definitely come back to stay again!

We are very happy we chose to stay here for our daughters high school graduation! The front desk staff and even housekeeping/maintenance were extremely friendly and helpful. Even the guests by the pool were pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and we appreciated the dehumidifiers as we know how muggy Florida rooms can get especially with balcony access. We plan on staying again!

Our 4 day stay was amazing, from check in to check out. The breakfast, lunch and bar drinks were on point no complaints. The staff , workers and cleaners, were friendly and attentive to our needs. Access to store, shopping , and board walk were within walking distance. We will definitely book again and recommend to family and friends.

Great place for families!

We love staying here. The rooms are just as the pictures portray. The restaurant is really nice and the pool also. Everything is always really clean and the staff are nice.

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay! There are definitely evident improvements/updates that need attention (only 1 working elevator, some cosmetic touch ups on the outside would be nice, the outside tiki bar is under construction for now, and several/most of the lounge chairs by the pool are broken). The deck area of the pool is kept clean, so that area was nice. My biggest complaint would be that no one was monitoring whether or not people using the pool and surrounding areas were wearing the wristband provided at check-in. I watched several different groups of people come straight up from the beach and utilize the pool,taking up table space as well as chair space. For the price of the hotel, we thought it was great!

We arrived at night. The room had 50 baby roaches and roach poop. We left the room after 2 minutes of roach photos. They refused to refund our money. I would not recommend if you care about cleanliness. The black dots in the photos are roaches.
