El servicio terrible, el día anterior a irme dejé en la cafetería alrededor de las 19 hs unos cubos que se congelan para retirarlos a la mañana siguiente. Parking lot is minuscule and fir small cars. AC has a governor. Libby and public spaces kept at 76 degrees. My room was set at 76, after two hours, it was 78. I changed hotels. Property is old and needs updating. Shame, because other NH properties are good.

Hotel envelhecido, ar condicionado nunca funcionou, cobraram uma garrafa de água a mais, mesmo sem tomarmos, café da manhã precisa melhorar muito (mezzaluna muito ruim, café muito mal feito). Cadeira do quarto 201 com as pernas quebradas, podem causar um acidente. Toalhas muito puídas e antigas, com manchas preocupantes. Dispenser de sabão líquido não funcionava. Localização privilegiada, colchão e travesseiros excelentes. O Staff é cordial. O problema pode ser resolvido com investimento para atualização dos detalhes que fazem a diferença.
