I had a lovely stay at the Pinnacle for a solo self love reset trip away. Room was comfortable and I koved the kitchenette and jacuzzi in my room! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was fantastic too! I cant wait to go back!

The Pinnacle Hotel Whistler Village was overall a nice stay — the room was clean, and I really appreciated having a bathtub. However, the balcony was quite dirty and there were stains on the bedsheet, which was a bit disappointing. With a little more attention to detail, it could have been a perfect experience.

Great stay!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Staff was so friendly. We were in a tall vehicle and there was a parcade (paid parking) but right nearby which was nice. Room was amazing! We were welcomed with a room upgrade which included the in suite tub - amazing! Very clean and quiet.
