There were multiple bloodstains on the sheets, which were so dirty that I couldn’t even put my head on the pillows. The bathroom was so smelly most of the day that it smelled like fungus. The air conditioners didn’t work well either. To make matters worse, the internet connection, which is supposed to be a basic service of the hotel, only worked in the lobby. Every time I tried to use the internet in my room, they would tell me that it was working fine and wouldn’t change my room.

I have never ever had such top notch customer service and I travel 6 months during the year. Zia and Engin are the best I have ever encountered. Genuine and they would go miles for our satisfaction. Seriously unbelievable customer service. Thanks a bunch. See you again.

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel was beautiful, historic, and very clean. The bed was comfortable and I especially appreciated the blackout curtains in the room. The hotel is also in a great location within walking distance to a lot of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful. Additionally, I was able to get a massage while staying at the hotel and it was a comfortable and relaxing experience for a great price. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Le personnel à l'accueil est très sympathique et nous a conseillé un excellent restaurant à proximité. Le petit dejeuner est bon. Les chambres sont correctes et propres. L'hotel est bien placé, restaurants aux alentours, voiturier (le parking est juste en face de l'hotel). La piscine est d'une taille correcte permettant de faire quelques longueurs. Le spa est très bien, et les massages fantastiques. Un bon séjour!
