My regular room had black mold in bathroom, it was really noisy almost like sleeping with the window open, no espresso at breakfast. The entrance is fancy but it stops there. Will make another choice next time. However the suits was a lot nicer, but still noisy.

I ordered an upgrade but they only had one room and it was near the elevator. I booked two weeks in advance and they, of course, wanted my money and did even had the decency to call me and inform me that so I could book another hotel. I got the standard room instead and it was even worse. They put me in front of the service door. Children running EVERYWHERE, people screaming in the corridors, you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms, if you want to rest, don’t stay at this hotel. The room and the bathroom are dirty from top to bottom. Is more like a hostel than a hotel. There better hotels in the area for the same or even cheaper prices like the Bellora or Scandic. The bed is stone hard. The dorr is paper thin, not safe for solo travelers. The only good side is the location. I came back to my room the next day after work and they did not clean the room. They didn’t even took a glass of water I left on the bedside, called the reception and they informed they don’t clean the rooms. I had to clean the room myself. The dust layer is visible (see picture) Disgusting! The gym is a scam, it’s not even close to the pictures.

Känns som hotellet är gammalt och har varit bra en gång i tiden. Nu är känslan sliten utan klass men priset fortfarande högt. Rummen är ganska basic och badrum katastrof. Luktar unket, fallet i duschen fel så vatten flödar ut över hela golvet och man måste torka med handduk efter varje dusch. Materialval i både rum och badrum är mer 3-4 stjärnigt hotell än något annat. Ingen AC på rummen så man ställer temperatur men det blir ingen skillnad. Resturangens service är väldigt dålig och miljön e lite gammal nattklubb, miljön är ok men meny och service kass. Gymmet har ingen AC utan en handfläkt som står och går…… Jag reser väldigt mycket och om man förväntar sig 4 stjärnigt och av priset att döma höga 4a stjärnor så kommer man bli oerhört besviken. Vi bodde här 6 nätter och kommer inte tillbaka, kommer också undvika Elite hotells generellt framledes då jag trodde de stod för hög klass.
