A+ hotel! My husband and I stayed at the Marriott Stellaris in November 2024, and again in July 2025 because of the hotel staff (and all of the amenities). The rooms are gorgeous, clean, and beds are comfortable. The staff, Rochelle, Jadon, Jackie, Niala, and Naomi all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of exceptional! They could not do enough for us…and we appreciated all of their efforts. The friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care of those mentioned is what makes this hotel exceptional! This hotel is our favorite on the island (and we’ve stayed at a few others)…but we will only stay here from now on! There is NO REASON to “try” another hotel once you’ve stayed here! Truly exceptional!

We enjoyed the tiki huts and being able to reserve them. We did not like that during happy hour they made you get two drinks to get the happy hour price...because I drank frozen drinks I had to drink fast and that was really not relaxing.

The staff were very kind and attentive. Restaurants were very good. The beds were ok but woke up with my lower back hurting which doesn’t happen at home. Same for my daughter. I heard renovations were taking place soon. Overall was a great experience.

Construction everywhere, including our balcony. Staff completely unresponsive and didn't care. Blasting music with nowhere quiet on the property. Room was not ready after check-in time, no reason given, no approximate time provided. When we did get keys, four men were working in the room. At 10pm we entered the room to find a worker who spoke no English. When we managed to push aside the furniture on the balcony and get out the door, it was filthy and covered with construction debris. This was never cleaned during our entire stay. One morning the workers climbed off of the scaffolding onto the balcony and started working. We needed the sofa bed, but no bedding was provided. After multiple requests, someone knocked on the door and handed me a brown paper bag with sheets. So for over one thousand dollars a night, I was making the bed. When we finally fell asleep in spite of the blaring music, we received a call asking if we had received the sheets! The sofa bed was never put back together during our entire stay, so renting the suite so that we would have a sofa to sit on was useless. I booked a massage at the Spa, only to arrive and be told that my appointment wasn't at that time, in spite of confirmation messages and a phone call that morning. I could go on, but will just say, it's a beautiful facility, it's a shame that it's run so, so poorly!

Great location on Palm Beach within walking distance to several restaurants. Grounds are beautiful. Rooms are nice. We were upgraded to full ocean view. Small refrigerator that wasn’t very cold is only drawback. We rented a car from airport and there is plenty of parking in the lot with no extra fee. Great vacation site.

Didn’t feel like a full ocean view, I’d call it a partial. The only true ocean views are the suites at the end of the hall. The elevator not working in the south hall absolutely sucked and having to listen to the construction by the pool and at the beach was obnoxious. The food in the tradewinds lounge was their biggest redeemer. The sales associate who harassed us and insulted us for a timeshare was a bit crappy too. 5k+ should’ve got us nicer, but there wasn’t much else we could do once we got there and ran into all of this stuff.
