This hotel is super near Pavillion KLCC and within walkable distance. One of the more affordable 5 stars hotels within walking distance from Pavillion. Super easy to check-in. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The morning buffet staff are super efficient. They cleared our table when they thought we had left and set it up for the next group of diners.

Short trip but a comforting overnight stay. Also used the gym - machines were in good shape. Caught an early morning breakfast - it’s a good spread - overall quite a smooth stay.

Unfortunately, my recent stay was very disappointing. The music from the pool area was extremely loud, and there were many small insects in the bathroom and toilet. Additionally, there were lots of hair left on the bed, which was unacceptable. Even at breakfast, when I ordered fried eggs, my order was skipped several times, and the service was very poor. The overall atmosphere and other guests were also not pleasant. Our company has previously booked this hotel for many of our staff, but given this experience, we will be choosing a different hotel from now on.

Nice Location

Great hotel with great Location. Just 2 mins walk to Pavilion mall via connecting bridge from Banyan Tree Hotel right beside this hotel. Easy walk to Jalan Alor or Bukit Bintang as well and 5 mins away by Grab to Suria KLCC and Twin Towers. The gym is good with plenty of treamills and not crowded. Will stay here again for my next trip to KL. Thank you

Overall, it was a very good experience. Need some minor fix such as powerplug for coffee mahine is coming out from the wall. Need insect treatment as small ants and bugs noticed crawling in the bathroom floor. There were pieces of chewing gum discarded under the bed which might have not been cleaned thoroughly by the house keeping
