Wonderful stay! Easy check in and check out! Front desk staff were super kind and informative when they checked us in late at night. The rest of the hotel staff were also great as well; they brought more towels and utensils quickly after we requested them. Amenities were also a great plus and the breakfast buffet had really good food. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in Chicago.

It was exactly what I needed. The room was clean and the front desk attendants were very professional and nice. The only issue was that my room was hot. The are conditioner wasn’t working. They had to replace the unit. They did it very quickly After that it worked fine. All in all I recommend this hotel!

Long Term Stay

The check in process was smooth, everything else was … ok. The front desk staff was rude at times when asking about dry cleaning (as listed on the website - which they do not offer), and other minor questions. Daily housekeeping was nonexistent, I was gone most of the day and I had to call when needed fresh towels or toilet paper. The parking gate consistently had issues. I was at the location for a week - the breakfast buffet was average, the restaurant/bar on site was good.
