Great alternative hotel in sokcho

Great view, a lot of stores on the first floor so you dont have to drive/walk to get quick groceries. The receptionists were super helpful. The facility itself looks brand new, wish that the cleaning lady would replenish necessities on time.

일년에 속초를 4~5번 정도 가는데 처음으로 애완견을 데리고 가자고 해서 리센 오션파크호텔을 찿아서 가겠되었습니다 애완견 동반시 홈페이지에 무료로 되어 있는데 애견 가린막 비용으로 일22000원씩 2일치 받았습니다 그러고 3명이 1일에 22만원에 2일 동안 너무 비좁고 활동할 수가 없습니다 주차도 외부에 주차해야되고 여러모로 불편했습니다

속초아이 바로 맞은편쯤이라 해수욕장에서 놀고 오가기에 너무나 편하고 근처에 식사할 곳도 많음. 방은 좁았지만 무려 세탁기까지 있어서 수영복 빨래하기 편하고 전자레인지도 구비되어있어서 가성비 최고의 호텔. 성수기에도 그다지 비싸지않은방. 인덕션도 있으나 조리도구는 따로 없음. 침대 매트리스도 편안함. 청소가 아주 깔끔하게 되어있지는 않지만 건물자체가 신축이라 집기류가 깔끔함

부모님을 모시고 처음으로 연휴에 비싸게 숙박해보았습니다. 여행하느라 피곤한데, 프론트데스크로 전화가 안되었어요 분명 두분이 계신거 보고 올라왔는데, 온돌방 온도설정판에 온도가 안올라가서 물어보려고 룸전화로 전화 했는데 안되고, 대표번호, 프론트데스크 직통번호 다 안되고, 전화가 이렇게 불편한 일이 되어야할까요? 수건도 3명분 있냐고 데스크에서 여성분께 확인까지 했는데, 방에 수건은 2명분 밖에 없고, 그냥 1박이라. 불편함 감수하고 그냥 자고 나왔습니다. 다른 호텔 콘도를 다 다녀봐도 프론트 전화가 안되는 곳은 처음이었네요. 좀 불쾌했어요.

대체적으로 깨끗하고 합리적인 가격에 잘 이용하였습니다. 다만 발코니쪽 방충망에 깃털인지 모를 하얀색의 털들이 빼곡하게 붙어있어, 환기를 위해 문을 열었다가 객실안으로 털들이 수북히 날아들어 고생했습니다. 확인하고 청소 진행해야할 것같아요. 창문을 못여니 조금 답답했습니다. 그래도 그것 외엔 좋았어요. 속초 방문하게 되면 재이용할 것 같습니다

급하게 찾아 갔더니 컨디션 체크가 덜된 방을 판매한듯

체크인 하고 문을 열고 들어갔는데 에어컨이 켜져 있었으며 담배냄새같은 불쾌한 냄새가 남아있었고 환기를 시키고 나서 다시 왔으나 시스템 에어컨이 컨트롤러가 먹통이라 너무 추워서 요청을 하였고 직원이 리모콘을 주고감 바디워시는 리필이 안되어 있었으며 나머지는 양호 방청소 하면서 컨디션 체크가 꼼꼼하게 안된방을 할인이라는 명목으로 판느낌

A동 1층에 가서 오후3시 줄서서 체크인 해야됨 C동 주차장이 적어 한번 주차하면 중간에 이동하느라 빼지말고 택시타고 돌아다녀야함. 그거말고는 C동은 지어진지 얼마안되어 깨끗하고 편함 취사도구가 있는 방을 예약하여 편리함

주말이고 손님들이 많이 대기하는데, 조금 이른 체크인을 해주었으면 좋았을 듯 싶네여. 다른 곳은 2시부터 우선적으로 체크인을 해주던데, 여기는 3시정각에 마추어 체크인을 진행하고, 이로 인하여 많은 고객들이 체크인을 위하여 줄을 서서 기다리는 풍경이 생겼네요.. 이런 일은 처음 보는 듯 싶네요.. 호텔의 위치와 방은 꺠끗하고 조용하여 좋았네요.. 주차도 좋았고,.
