Sauberes, kleines Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Betten waren gut, die Dusche etwas eng und ließ sich nicht richtig einstellen (entweder zu heiß oder kalt). Lage des Hotels ist Top, aber könnte im Sommer lauter werden wenn die Terrasse voll wird, wir hatten Haus 2 Zimmer 2307.

Der Checkin hat fast 30 Minuten gedauert, obwohl ich das Meldeformular bereits ausgefüllt hatte. Im Zimmer gab es keinerlei Komfort und kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Wände waren super dünn und ich habe die ganze Nacht den Gast im Nachbarzimmer schnarchen hören.

The hotel/hostel was very nice. Our room was 1 large bed and private bathroom. The largeness was enough. The toilet was very clean and large enough. It is in the red light area of Hamburg. You will see many night clubs near of the hotel. Maybe not very convenient for the family but definitely safe and clean. I didnt understand why the rating is low.

Wirkte soweit sauber. Das Hostel ist allerdings wirklich in die Jahre gekommen, alles sehr abgewohnt. Wege teils verworren, kein Aufzug in den 1.Stock (ab 1. schon in höhere Stockwerke). Betten hart und recht unbequem. Mein Zimmer hatte einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch, Richtung Urin würde ich sagen. Merkte man nur beim Betreten, aber er war da. Die Lichtschutz-Gardine war entweder zu schmal fürs Fenster, oder eine zweite war mal abgerissen und nicht ersetzt worden. Kabel-TV von LG okay, aber geschätzt 16 Zoll. Noch nie so einen kleinen LCD-TV gesehen. Bad wirklich einfachste Ausstattung inkl. Duschvorhang, der aber zum Glück nicht an den Beinen klebte. Steckdose vom Fön hing halb aus der Wand. Das absurdeste / nervigste war aber die unfassbar laute Musik aus einem Club nebenan. Als wäre die Disco direkt vor der Zimmertür. Mit einem Bass, dass das Bett vibrierte. Ich weiß nicht, ob es bis 2 Uhr nachts (an einem Montag und Dienstag, vermutlich jede Nacht) oder länger ging, irgendwie und irgendwann bin ich dann doch weggedämmert. Die Lage ist halt Reeperbahn und wirklich zwischen den ganzen bekannten Puffs und Strip-Bars. Ansonsten Check in, WiFi, App und kostenloses A&O-Membership-Programm mit bis zu 20 Prozent Rabatt für Mitglieder okay (hab aber nicht über A&O gebucht). Dass ich zum Besuch einer Messe dafür 155 Euro die Nacht gezahlt habe, weil alle anderen halbwegs gut gelegenen Hotels schon ausgebucht waren, macht mich wirklich fertig.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach. Das Bett ist leider recht hart und etwas unbequem.

Vi var der en nat og kom sent. Indtjekning var træls. De kunne først ikke finde begge værelser. Og så måtte vi betale for morgenmad udover. Da vi bestilte bad vi om at forslår et hotel med morgenmad, på jeres side. Så vi gik ud fra den virkede. Hotellet var ok til prisen, servicen virkede ligeglad.
