All perfect, I would choose this hotel again!

Our stay was really excellent! Room was quiet, clean and very spacious. Breakfast was excellent and not so busy even on weekend. Location perfect! Straigt tram line to peace palace, beach and world forum, where we had business event. Near train station and in the city centre. So overall we were very surprised and I would definetely choose this hotel again.

This place is beautiful! Great location near two tram stations. Lots of food options and things to see. The front staff were so helpful and friendly! Room was comfy and clean! Great location, modern, quiet. In a lovely area next to some lovely cafes and bars. 12pm checkout was handy. Staff friendly and helpful. Separate shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is a bonus! Nespresso machine in the room and capsules replaced every day. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Great Hotel

The hotel was excellent with friendly staff and a good breakfast with a nice selection on the buffet and a good selection by ordering, the 1 coffee machine was the only draw back as it created waiting time. There is a nice bar and restaurant in the hotel and a great location. The parking station below the hotel is very convenient however is expensive as there is no discount. I would stay here again

Fantastic Hotel

Brilliant location near the old town amd right on tram line no.1. Also tramline 15 to central station is a 60 second walk. The hotel is wonderful; modern, excellent condition, spotlessly clean amd all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Free WiFi. Excellent quality breakfast - typical European buffet style with loads of choice. Thoroughly recommended.

Wonderful hotel. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, the food and breakfast buffet was very good. Nice cocktail lounge and cafe. Coffee machine in the room with mini fridge. Room service daily. Walkable to everything in a great location across from tram. Rooms are quiet and black out windows are a nice alternative to curtains. Front desk staff very helpful and nice. Wonderful experience

Bare bones, but the bones were good

This hotel was a great find. Good location, big clean rooms. The rooms had comfortable beds (although the pillows were a little cheap and uncomfortable), and the bathrooms were modern and immaculate. The toiletries game in-room was a bit poor, although they did have some to collect at reception upon request . Lovely front desk staff, and the toothbrushes offered were good quality. Breakfast was quite basic, but serviceable, and the restaurant staff was friendly and professional . The same goes for their bar, where we had snacks and cocktails at with friends. The whole impression of the hotel was of excellent quality basics, with all of the frills removed- and they were not much missed. We'd return here glady if ever back in The Hague.

The hotel staff was friendly and the service was good. The location of the hotel is also good (there are many tram lines passing by). However, when I checked in and entered the room, I didn't feel good. (Because the premium room picture I saw on Hotels.com when I made the reservation was very different from the actual room condition.) They need to correct their mistake. (Picture posted to look somewhat different from the room environment) Because that mistake influenced my hotel decision. Other than that part, I was overall satisfied with my stay. I would like to visit this place again.
