Our room was very comfortable. The free breakfast had a good variety and was well presented. My only complaint was that in the 3 nights we were there no one ever serviced our room. I did not mind making the bed and removing the trash but after the second day I needed to go to the front desk to get fresh towels as we had no clean ones available in the room.

The Hampton on Jimmy Dyess is conveniently located between Evans, Martinez and Augusta. The breakfast is good and it's in a safe area. The one drawback is the parking availability. That aside, it's a great hotel to stay in if you're visiting the Augusta area.

Property has recently been renovated and is very nicely furnished. The hot breakfast bar has a wide variety to choose from. We where greeted with a smile and yreated very well by staff. Our Australian blue healer loved it as well.

Clean and great water pressure...

Great water pressure. Great breakfast. We needed towels and unlike most other hotel chains they did not waste time and were curtious and polite with every action and service that was provided. Had not stayed at any Hampton Inns in quite some time. We will be staying with the Hilton family when we can.

No support bar on the wall near the toilet. How is that an accessible room?! No towel bar in bathroom. Stingy with towels and washcloths. Had to go to front desk to get clean ones for second night. Dust visible on furniture. Crumbs of ? crackers on floor under bed. Seriously rethinking Hampton Inn.

Perfect stay

I would stay again, it was clean, had a very generous breakfast, beds were comfy. My only complaint is that the parking lot in front is cramped, so it was easier to park in the back and walk up the hill to the lobby. But if you luck up there are some spots right outside the lobby that are easy to access. Also, this is true of many other places, the beds are pretty high up. My mother had a tough time getting on hers (and refused to let me call to get a stool) but once she got up once she was fine. :)

We got there and got checked in smoothly. However we got into our rooms to find that hadn't even been cleaned or beds changed. When I told the from desk clerk she was very apologetic and even upgraded our rooms for free.

Hair and sticker in bath room no way it was cleaned after the previous occupants I have a video and showed the front desk. Carpet was dirty staff were not concerned.

Worst over night stay

One of the worst hotel stays we’ve had. Greeted as if we were an inconvenience to them find out the shower chair I requested for my husband was not available. Got into our room and it was dirty. Sofa chair has coupons stuffed by the cushion, floors were dirty busy our bed, no remote for tv, and the pool was cloudy. We called for a remote and they never supplied anything to compensate us. At breakfast we arrived 30 minutes before 10. 10 is when breakfast ends. I asked if they were going to make more eggs or add more waffle batter and she said, “ that’s all you’ll get”. Both were empty and there was still 30 minutes left. My husband and I were very disappointed. I’m so glad we didn’t stay more than one night.
