Great location. Clean, friendly.

Friendly staff. Clean, fridge in room. Drinking water dispenser on each floor. Breakfast included which had so many options. Was busy but staff kept on top of everything. Great location, between Chinatown and Clark quay MRTs. Also walkable to city centre.

Comfy beds but the rooms need updating.

This hotel is ok, the beds are comfortable, and the room's were clean and breakfast was nice. The rooms are dated and in need of some work, the shower head didnt fit onto the holder and would come off when you turned the shower on so you had to hold it. The restaurant area wasn't very big and we found it hard to get a table one morning. The location of the hotel is very good, near to tube stations.

Overall a great stay. Good value and no frills. We had adjoining rooms - a queen in one and two twins in another, that felt like one room. Rooms are a bit dated, beds are a bit hard, and yes... there was a slightly musty smell (although you get used to it quickly).

The hotel was in a good location and had nice friendly staff. The pool was nice and welcoming, especially after a hot dayWhilst it had all the services for a 4 star hotel, it was dated and in need for e refresh in terms of decor, particularly in the corridors and en suite facilities.

Nice Hotel with good staff

Hotel is in good location close to china town and the quays. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly especially Amy and Bob in the business lounge who were exceptional. Plenty of choice for Breakfast would definitely stay again if in Singapore.

Liked the position of the hotel. So close to train station which made it very easy to get around. Stayed in executive club room with free tea , coffee & snacks all day plus free alcaholic drinks between 6pm & 8pm. Ray, Lam, Ivy & Desmond were fantastic. Great service.

The hotel is good, Staff are friendly, Beds are ok rooms are small, The shower has great water pressure but you have to hold the handle in your hand so it difficult to wash your hair, the hair dryer didn’t work well at all. While we were there they were doing maintenance on level 6 and the jackhammer started at 9am and didn’t stop most of the day , we were on the 16th floor and we could still hear it , The pool was great. We had breakfast included in our stay and that was great a really good choice of food was on offer. The TV only had 3 channels and we couldn’t get any other channels. The view from the 16 floor was amazing. Very close to China town Station 2 min walk the public transport is amazing.
