We have been staying here for the last 17 years when we come to visit family. The bed is so comfortable! We always sleep well. The hotel has been remodeled, since we were last there, and they did a great job. The employees are friendly and provide great service.

I’ve stayed here several times. The hotel is clean and staff is nice. Unfortunately this stay did not deliver as we had NO hot water to shower with in the morning. I told the person at the front desk and she seemed to not believe me. I followed her to the boiler room where she indicated that the thermostat was reading 120 degrees, when the kitchen staff came to inform her that they had no hot water in the kitchen. Was not a good stay this time.

Terrible service

We checked in, went to our room, unloaded our luggage and found out the toilet did not work. A maid came to the room and she tried to fix it. It was broken. She told us that we would get a new room. My husband went up to get the new room and Alex laughed at him and proceeded to take four other customers. He told her we had a reservation that we couldn’t be late for. We checked in an hour and a half early and we had to leave. Why we weren’t taken care of is beyond me. So we left, called Hotels.com to get a refund and that wasn’t taken properly as we found out the next day. We want a FULL refund. This was the worst customer service we’ve ever encountered.
