I've been coming to this hotel for over 20 years, through its different names. The hotel is comfortable and very well located. What I still do not like is that when they renewed it, they started with an open closet concept and reduced the space available in drawers. In this particular trip, some items in the breakfast buffet were cold, considering they should be hot instead.

I liked this property. It was a longer walk to the downtown area (where I want to go) but I would stay here again. First night, there was no air conditioning due to servicing. This was a nuisance for me as I need a cold room. But I recognize from time to time this type of action needs to occur.

I expected a better service, but…

I’m quite disappointed with this hotel. I know the quality of Novotel chain and specifically this one needs an overhaul. From 3 lifts, only one worked. Toilet always full of water after a short shower, the AC making loud noise. Breakfast restaurant with loud background music, staff not in the mood. On the other hand, the maids however were always very nice and preoccupied for delivering a very clean room. Location is good, 10 minutes from the subway station. My whole experience was not really the best one, unfortunately.

Quarto ótimo, espaçoso e confortável, vista linda da cidade e da cordilheira. Ótima cama e chuveiro. Muito bem localizado e sempre limpo. Restaurante bacana e bom café da manhã. Só o atendimento foi um pouco frio e burocrático. Por exemplo, não nos deixaram solicitar de manhã um lanche para o dia seguinte - já que o café da manhã só seria servido a partir das 6h30 e tínhamos passeio antes. O pedido só poderia ser feito até as 20h. Mas dificultaram o pedido pela manhã, enquanto estávamos no hotel. A exceção ficou por conta do Gino, um amor de pessoa que facilitou demais o checkout.

Hotel bom é bem localizado . Quarto confortável. Eles dispõe de um filtro na entrada da recepção e você pode encher sua garrafa. O café achei fraco e repetitivo cobrado 14 dólares por pessoa. Chegamos às 4h da manhã. Só pudemos deixar as malas. Atendimento frio. Mas no geral hospedaria novamente por conta da localização.
