Really good location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee was very good. Enjoyed the staff. The only thing I would say is there was no place to put your clothes if you wanted to take them out of the suitcase.

Needs new mattresses

Clean rooms and friendly staff but mattresses on both beds were terrible! It was a surprised as we typically do not have this issue in Holiday Inns. Disappointed:(

Breakfast area was clean & food was good. Pool was clean, but has some tiles missing. Room was fairly clean and beds were clean & comfortable. Housekeeping did not provide service any of our stay We had to go to the front desk for towels and were given a plastic bag “to put them in and bring back to.” The worst part was the musty smell and moisture in the room. This was all reported upon check-out.

Ever evaluation is individual per travelers needs. I felt staff was not rude but not happy to be at work. Elevator not clean, knocks and scratches on bathroom doors, used tissue in room to blow nose left on counter, and the parking lot not safe at night due to very little lighting.

Beds were not comfortable at all. This was not like most holiday in express hotels we’ve stayed in. For the price we payed, (over $1000 for 3 nights) it was horrible and a rip off. Only one elevator worked and we were on the 5th floor. Breakfast was just ok and very crowded and no room to sit. Carpet was dirty. The hotel is in bad need of updating. Won’t stay here again.

Not the best holiday inn express I’ve stayed in. Beds were very uncomfortable. We didn’t sleep well at all. There was only one elevator working and we were in the 5th floor. There was always a long wait. Over a $1000 to day 3 nights was not worth it at all. I know it was peak season but the price was gauged. The breakfast was ok but very crowded and no room to sit. Definitely a 1 star experience. Won’t stay here again.

We had a great room. Everything was clean and the bed and pillows were SO comfortable! It was a great nights sleep. Breakfast was kind of meh…. The bacon is like shaved slivers that appears to be deep fried and has zero taste. The pancake machine was out of service. And there is only one toaster with four slots for toast. 2 of which did not work! I don’t know how many guests you hold but the hotel was full and everyone was grumbling about the toaster and pancake situation. There is a Walmart across the street. You should send an employee to buy a few toasters!

The room had a funny smell. It didnt smell clean at all. There were several gnats all over both beds and all of the pillows. There was a live cockroach that came across the floor. Definitely the worst Holiday Inn ive ever stayed in. Will never stay here again.
