Nothing is perfect

The customer service was top notch! Very friendly, very kind and helpful. The breakfast was the usual to expect and that was okay with us. The beds are comfortable at least our room. Close to everything, good location! The plug ins wouldnt hold our chargers they just fell out, so i asked for a powerstrip and it was provided for my family to charge devices and my cpap machine. Also got to check in early, if they can get you in they will. 4.2 stars really.

My room was down stairs and it smelled a bit musty. The room I booked was a non smoking room and all I smelled was smoke. The cleanliness was ok but could be better. Found a lot of trash and dirty areas. The bed was hard and could feel the springs. The staff were great, they were quick, efficient, friendly, and informed.

Great location downtown and looks great on the outside. Once you walk inside, it’s terrible. It smelled of dog and cigarette smoke, obviously has not been updated in years, and the lobby and our room were disgusting. Fingerprints all over the glass, hair on the floor, food smeared on the walls. There is only one office person working, so we often had to wait 15-20 minutes for a towel or whatever else we needed, even though the staff was very nice. They also did not refresh rooms during multi night stays which they didn’t tell us and it was not posted anywhere.

The room was not clean at all. Carpets not vacuumed. Headboards dusty. Window sill was dirty. The bathroom floor, tub and shower curtain was gross. Underneath the beds were filthy as well and threw away garbage found under the beds. The over all room looked clean at first but once stayikg in there the more I found I was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I actually had to clean it my self just to feel comfortable. The beds, sheets and pillows were clean. And the only positive note I have to say about the room was the beds. Very comfortable and most of us slept well. The staff was very friendly. We were only there for one night, but the hotel in general was a nice place to stay. The only other complaint I have is that the indoor pool and Jacuzzi was not very clean. It looked clean, but it had a very rancid smell in the Jacuzzi and there was a lot of foam. It almost smelled like ammonia. It had no scent of chlorine whatsoever while being in the pool room.
