Pleasantly surprised! Room has been remodeled, very clean and very nice. The parking lot has some sketchy characters but there is on-site security and we didn't have any problems. Hotel property is very clean and nice.

Affordable accomodation that was clean and practical. It’s not luxurious but got the job done. Bed was good. Easy enough to walk into city and still felt safe enough. I had late night smokers sitting outside my room chatting until late that were a little annoying. Breakfast was very simple.

Exceeded my expectations for the price! I went during the summer, which probably made a difference. Everything was clean and nice. I didn't see a singular bug after checking everything. The breakfast was lovely. I saw the reviews and felt a bit nervous, but genuinely this was a very nice place to stay. I think going during the summer plays a role because it's busier. I was very very happy with my stay and I would recommend it to anyone needing a night's rest in Nashville.

Been attending the CMA fest for the last ten years and with B&B rates at its ridiculously peak …Knights inn has been the best option due to its value for money and best proximity to the Nissan Stadium and the ever buzzing downtown town action The team comprising of Dawood ,John and Dilip were beyond excellent in making our stay comfortable The rooms were very clean and serviced every two days to perfection Hot breakfast good too. Will make Knights Inn our permanent fixture for the CMA fest each year to continue our ten years running attendance and am glad I don’t have to keep searching for other options albeit so costly even a year in advance !!! Keep up the good work team Knights inn .
