4 night stay.Would definitely return. Excellent location. Hotel is opposite the central train station.10-15 minute walk from the centre of town. Staff were professional, helpful, conversive & efficient. A big shout out inparticular for the reception staff , Imri restaurant staff & the breakfast-bar staff who made fabulous omlettes! Superb, plentiful breakfast , with multiple options to suit all tastes. Quiet room, Large comfortable bed. Good shower with high quality toiletries. Spa amenities were spotlessly clean as were the rest rooms & communal areas. One star knocked off cleanliness due to the presence of the cute little fella (mouse) who appears to have made a home in the book cases in reception! Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Location is good for access to the old town but not the nicest part of the city and not somewhere you would walk with the family at night. The family room was spacious and clean but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke outside of our room (next to the fire escape). Hotel staff offered an alternative room but smaller.
