Great location across from Termini station makes it easy to navigate Rome with this hotel as a home base! Hotel is very clean. Nothing fancy or extravagant, but just what you need when you don’t spend much time in the room. Wifi was down for my stay, and my room air conditioner did not work so it was very hot.

Overall the experience was above average, the staff was incredible and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. My only issue was because it is located across the street from the Termini Train Station, there were a few people in general in the area that caused us to feel uncomfortable.

We stayed in this property 12 years ago and we came back due to its location across from central train station It’s small and basic nothing fancy beds are terrible springs poking through in both rooms we booked , pillows were flat as pancakes . I would not hesitate to stay here again due to location .

The AC did not work which the staff was aware of and did not care or offer solutions. The general quality of the room was lacking to the point where grout was actively falling off the shower while attempting to use it. Again any of this may be okay if the staff even faked interest in solving the issues.

I just dont think it is a 4 stars hotel. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, lack of pillows and the one given is really bad quality. It needs upgrades on power outlets and they need to make the wifi password more simple or have it written on a paper for the clients.
