The hotel is in a great location, near restaurants and plenty of shopping and historical religious sites. The staff were very pleasant and the room was comfortable with good wifi and a nice bathroom. The bus from the airport leaves you across the street arriving and picks up from the corner leaving.

We didn’t know that parking is 17 euros and when we entered our room, the smell coming from the toilet was too strong so we had to open the window. Good thing about the hotel was the customer service, location, and pretty quiet.

The hotel is extremely well situated in the town, colse to bus routes and 10 minutes walk from the main railway station. Check-in was quick an straightforward My room was impeccably clean. Staff were excellent - they were friendly, sociable and helpful! The hotel has a bar and we took the opportunity to relax with a drink before going to our room each night. Whilst it’s not the most modern it has character and is in a fab location for exploring Toulouse and day visits to the surrounding areas. It is clean and comfortable and serviced daily. We enjoyed our stay in Toulouse and especially at this hotel. Would stay again and would recommend.
