Really helpful staff and a really nice hotel, we had a clean tidy room and everything worked. The hotel is in a great location in the middle of the city, there's also a tram stop in the next road and it's a 5 minute walk to the main railway station. This hotel is on a perfect location for enjoyment of the city. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room … especially the bathroom, was ‘tired’ and probably in need of some upgrade work. However, it was clean and comfortable and we will stay there again.
