The hotel has a business like environment, so if you are on vacation, expect a lot of the guests walking through the corridors early morning and an also elevator traffic around the peak times. Ask for your room to be as far as possible of the elevators or you will end up waking up with the crowd early in the morning due to the noise.

I had a tough time at this place. First, after only a few minutes in my original room, water began leaking from the ceiling. The staff were nice about switching me over to a room nearby. After that, I ordered room service, which I suspect gave me food poisoning. Overall, staff were friendly but it wasn’t the best stay for the reasons mentioned

Os funcionários são educados e seriam ótimos, se atendessem aos pedidos dos hóspedes. Fiquei hospedada por vários dias e, em nenhum deles consegui assistir a TV, que estava a todo momento “congelando” a imagem. PÉSSIMO! Reclamei na recepção, para uma moça loira e, NADA. Pelos corredores percebe-se o papel de parede saindo, conferindo um aspecto de velho é mal cuidado. Mas, o pior mesmo, foi a TV, em que pesem minhas reclamações.
