When we checked in pool was being repaired, the 1 elevator was out of service for about 20 hours, juice machine was broken. We never were asked if we wanted fresh towels or garbage taken out and stayed Thursday through Sunday. Positives, when talking to staff they were friendly and polite. Room had fridge and microwave. I dont think we would stay here again.

The floors and carpet were dirty and smelled. I didn't like that you had to turn in your used towels to the front desk in order to get clean towels.
