I reserved a beachfront room, and the view was spectacular. The pool was very crowded, and there were no available chairs to sit on. They also have some kind of pool spa, but it requires an admission fee—which I thought was included with the hotel stay. (The package included access for two adults, but not for kids.) The proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants is great. I used the breakfast buffet, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. However, after returning to my room after breakfast, I couldn’t get in. Long story short, they had deactivated my key card for “safety reasons,” which I didn’t understand. I had to wait in the hallway for 10 minutes after calling the front desk twice. By the way, the hallway has minimal air conditioning, so my two kids and I were sweating while we waited for someone to come unlock our door. If I visit Busan again next year, I’ll probably stay at a different hotel.

Location was great. Price for food and drink was outrageous. Appreciated that they gave me a small bottle of delicious red wine upon check in. They would not allow you to use the amenities prior to checking in at 1500. They did offer me a place to change clothes to go to the beach.

It used to be the best hotel in Haewundae area but now there are better choices. It feels a bit outdated. Also there were so many ppl & kids at the tiny pools and hygiene condition was so bad. also surprisingly even the hotel was packed w kids, none of hotel bars allow kids which made me totally upset.

Faithful kindness and sincerity

When I checked-in, I was some nervous at the begining status they couldn't understand my reservation change. Nevertheless, they kept very favorable and kind with their sincere apology. Besides, I forgot to keep my sunglass in the toilet of the lobby by my carelessness, but they took it to the lost and let me find it thanks to all the hotel's faithful cooperation. Their fithful kindness made us enjoy the comfortable rest. This impression let me write this feedback. Busan, I will be staying here again^^ thanks a lot for all the employees of the hotel.

Nothing like paradise

We spent 4 nights in this sprawling property which is divide into the main premises and annex had we known that when booking we would have chosen the annex as apparently it’s much more modern and upscale, first impressions overall are reasonable even though the front door personnel are cool and unwelcoming check-in and out was slightly better . Baggage service was efficient and friendly. Complimentary parking is available but beware the spaces they are very narrow making exiting your vehicle awkward even when between the lines . Out room(1202) was adequate but very dated for a 5 star hotel but with a splendid view .sleep quality was good as was housekeeping , the bathroom however was terrible wiith a very poor shower with weak water pressure and an awful shower curtain instead of the more usual full screen or cubicle again not very 5 star . Toiletries were pump action and adequate but some items were on a mini bar system and Chargeable. There is a breakfast option for an additional charge after a cursory glance in the restaurant we decided to eat out. Additional facilities include a nice pool which gets closed for cleaning mid afternoon instead of early mourning while guests are still on their rooms ( I presume staff convenience is more important !!!!) there are also complimentary hot springs ( for some room types )via a 1 day pass system for each day of your stay. Access to the beach and proximity to restaurants and shops , including a street market are excellent

Balcony view from my room was stunning! I loved the hit springs pools. When I checked in on Sunday, the pools were very very crowded with very loud children. But by Monday, most were gone. It would be helpful to have a sign by the pool alerting guests to the concept of lap swimming. People with children were moving crosswise while of us were trying to swim laps. Overall, fabulous hotel with stunning location!
