Ideal location right on dotonbori, we were on floor 8 and couldn’t hear any noise at night which is great. Could be cleaner, carpet wasn’t very clean, cleaners missed a dirty tissue under the sofa and toilets smelt of drains. Staff were lovely and room overall was good.

Right in the heart of all the action in Dotonbori, now this is only a matter of preference, but for me I found it always a little busy trying to get in and out of your hotel. The staff were friendly and always courteous, and the hotel was well maintained and always clean.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Namba/Dotonbori! The room was a decent size for 2 people. The only minor issue we had was a smell in the bathroom that didn’t go away.
