Good comfortable hotel for a night or two. Two minutes from the main station in Potsdam. Didn't use their breakfast, just had a quick snack at the station. Would be better to have a key card for the doors and for the lift going up as well for security reasons.

This is as a pseudo-self service hotel. The check-in process for foreigners (non-German) was a struggle given the required information that was not collected at time of booking. The room was adequate for value, but it had to be aired out as a previous guest must have been smoking in the room. Communication with the front desk was curt and unwelcoming. I won't rush back.

Notre séjour c'est bien passé,un peu compliquée si on arrive tard qu'ont n'a pas de carte bancaire pour payer le reste alors que vous avais déjà payé auparavant sur le site et ben vous restez dehors ! Faite attention car par moment on ctois payer la tonalité et mais a l'arrivée y reste une petite partie.

Insgesamt modern, sauber und sehr gute Lage. Zimmer zur Parkseite überwiegend ruhig, auch wenn hin und wieder etwas lauterer Verkehr die Straße lang macht. Es gibt Haken im Bad, aber keine Schlaufen an den Handtüchern oder alternativ Überwurfstangen, daher etwas unpraktisch aber nicht weiter schlimm. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet ist überschaubar aber ausreichend und relativ Preiswert im Vergleich. Die angepriesenen Sky und HD Nutzung des TV bedarf anscheinend eines Zusatzmoduls, dass man sich erst an der Rezeption beschaffen muss.
