Really great budget hotel / Motel on the main drag of Pigeon Forge. Nice location,staff were friendly. Rooms very large and adequately furnished. FREE parking. 10 mins from Dollywood. Its a bit rough round the edges. But considering the price a good place to stay. We stayed two nights with family and felt very safe. We would happly return and would stay longer.

We had a great experience. This isn't the newest or fanciest hotel but it is clean, safe and relatively quiet. My only suggestion is to bring your own pillow as the ones provided were very thin. Other than that we had a great 3 night stay and would definitely book again next time we're in the area.

I have stayed at thie Motel several times and have never been disappointed. Very friendly staff, comfortable beds and very clean rooms. Very reasonably priced. Perfect room for the tourist on the go and is in the room very little. No fancy frills just a good clean, economical room. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Green Vally gem

This is a clean motel but showing its age. The rates were very low and it was surprising to get a fairly large room that was clean and comfortable. We used this time to attend the Smoky Mountain Camp meetings and to see the area. Management was polite and answered any question or need we had. The rate of $41 a night with taxes included was very good for what we got. Over all a 4 star out of 5.
