The receipt I received at checkout did not match what I was charged on my credit card. Our room had ants and gnats and we had trouble with our room key and could not enter our room on our last night. This was definitely below the value we expected from Country Inn & Suites.

The building and our room didn’t smell like cigarettes, so that was immediately very nice. The room was a little damp and musty but nothing turning the AC up couldn’t fix. It was clearly an old building, and could use general repairs but nothing too serious. The staff were really friendly and the room was clean. Safe surrounding location too

Convenient location to the National Park. The hot tub is non existent, older dingy hotel, breakfast was: potatoes, sausage links, powdered eggs, cereal, muffins, and waffles - it wasn’t great but it was something.

Hotel in need of repairs and updating. Hallways and common areas in need of vaccuming. Pool area very clean as well as dining area. Breakfast very good and large selection. Room was clean but also in need of vacuuming. Tiles cracked and loose in bathrooms. Our room door did not close well and needed to be slammed shut in order to engage and lock. Overall could use definite improvements but was fine for a quick overnight stay.
