It was such a nice hotel,clean,setvice was great. Also the room was comfortable and big enough for my family of 5. Onsite parking not much of a walk from the parking garage to the hotel. Great experience my kids also loved the in door pool .

Service was great. Saddened as the pool was down and that was one reason we chose them. It was easy to add early check in. For the price I paid I was surprised the tub was in such poor condition. It felt weak. Our door locked us out due to battery dying but it was fixed promptly. The food selection was great. Not all of it tasted great though. It was a nice place. Felt safe and friendly. Expected more for the price though.

We had a pleasant stay for our anniversary weekend. The location gives easy access to Navy Pier (15-minute walk) and parking was competitively priced for the area. The room quality met expectations. The corner room gave us a bit of extra privacy but more street noise. The atrium was not quite as oasis-like as other Embassy Suites we've stayed at but was still pleasant.

The beds are too small for adults to share. We were only given two towels for 4 people. We were not informed about the pool being closed. Grandsons were dissapointed. Very noisy location. Maybe a higher floor would have been better.

Everything excellent only issue is digital key after 1st day was poly intermittently working, so switched to key card

The pull out bed was extremely lumpy and the bathroom had significant water damage, including along the floor and a mirror that was peeling around the edges. The double beds were smallish but comfortable and the free breakfast was good. The location was very convenient.
