Good - with a little trouble

The hotel is situated right in the city center with very easy and quick access to the shopping street and also to the beach front. Nice restaurants in the area. The drawbacks are the breakfast and the lifts. The breakfast is very unorganized and there is not enough room to sit all guests. You have to wait in a relatively long line, and inside the breakfast room the various things are placed in a very peculiar order, that makes the lines even longer. The lifts are very slow and creates long waiting lines. One lift was out of order from Saturday afternoon through Sunday - leaving one lift for 13 floors. Not optimal.

A good experience.

Room: as expectet for the price. We had a good experience. Breakfast: Feels like the breakfast facilities is dimentioned for half the hotel. Really difficult to find somewhere to sit. Its also really inefficient since most of the tables ar for 6 people. Since most of the customers are 2-3 people this lead to a lot of empty seats no one can use. Service: One of us had ordered an uber after check out. It got cancelled for some reason. The reception helped an got a taxi there within 2 minutes. Thousand thank you as we say in Norway.

Dejligt værelse, rent og stille og gode mørklægningsgardiner. Dejligt med en god aircondition og elkedel. Savnede køleskab og hårtørrer. Morgenmad god, men travl og svært at få siddeplads. Fint med både p-hus og åben p-plads lige ved siden af hotellet (ikke gratis/inkluderet, men billigere end i DK :-))

Levde inte upp till förväntningarna

Positivt: rent och fräscht (dock ganska opersonligt och sterilt), bra läge, bra utsikt från rum på våning 10, bra med vattenkokare/kaffe på rummet. Negativt: kaotiskt vid frukosten med mat som var slut och stökigt/rörigt och ont om plats, inget kylskåp på rummet, gick ej att få tag i någon korkskruv på hela hotellet, mycket dåligt schampo (känns som det var samma innehåll i behållare för både schampo, duschtvål och handtvål), bara en fotölj på dubbelrum, fungerade ej att streama egna filmkanaler till TVn. Vi kommer att välja ett annat hotell nästa gång vi besöker Kiel.

Elendige morgenmad faciliteter

Hotellet var egentlig okay og fin beliggenhed men alt omkring morgenmaden spillede ikke. Der var for få borde man kunne sidde ved. Der blev overhovedet ikke fyldt op, så der var lange perioder hvor der fx ikke var brød, æg, frugt, pålæg, tallerkner, glas osv. Personalet var ikke til stede for at observere hvad der manglede. Desuden var der alle 3 dage afspærret et bord/område i morgenmadsområdet pga vandskade - på intet tidspunkt så vi forsøg på at udbedre skaden, det var bare sat spande på gulvet. Så hvis du vælger dette hotel og ønsker morgenmad, så er det tidligt op og med rundsav på albuerne.

Fint hotell, men att det ska ta 1 h och 45 minuter att få lakan, handdukar och täcke till en säng är helt oacceptabelt. Dessutom en varning; alla rum har tydligen en klockradio som är automatiskt inställd på ett larm kl 06.00 varje morgon. Om någon varit på en knapp ringer det högljutt! Det hände oss, vi hade ingen aning.
