Fantastic hotel and lovely staff.

We had 2 1/2 days in Istanbul and the Blue Arcadia was incredible. It began with them offering to pay our taxi after a miscommunication, then We got an upgrade with a view of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. All of the staff were really helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic – truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The service was excellent, and the staff were professional and very helpful, always solving things immediately when needed. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. We stayed in a family room with two connected rooms on the 7th floor, which offered plenty of space and comfort. One of the rooms had a fantastic view, and the restaurant also offered breathtaking scenery. Despite being right in the city center, the rooms were perfectly soundproof, and we didn’t hear any noise from outside. This hotel combines a central location, comfort, and a high level of professional service. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Fantastic!

This review is one of a kind, because I have never been blown away by not only great customer service but genuine kindness and integrity. Our stay at the Arcadia was only a week long, but their hospitality and generosity made it feel like a second home. Helping us not getting scammed, finding the best routes for local transport and guiding us on all the other things we possibly could use help for, they had us. They had our backs like we were one of them, one of the Arcadia blue family. We met some great people, but those we interacted with the most during our stay would: Emin, Batuhan, Ferhan, Furkan, Cunait and Koray. Our trip to Istanbul was made far more memorable because of these lads. I count down again for when me and my family can once again stay in this gem of a hotel. Not only is it on a quiet street close to attractions and tram, but it’s also such a good hotel! With great accommodations, the best possible staff and cleanliness. Definitely returning again!

Great value, I booked a family room, it was enough space, clean and great location, just two blocks from the Sophia and Blue mosques, the hotel has a Turkish bath and sauna, they will reseve the those facilities only for you, it's awesome, however, I would say the best was the service, everybody helped us, in the lobby, in the room, in the restaurant, but the best person was Farkan, he always gave us tips, and was very gentle and kind, thanks Farkan,

Very nice hotel 5 minutes walking distance to Mosque Sophia in the corner that T1 takes you to GalatAport very nice to see and other destinations like Taksim. Extremely safe Area Istanbul is crime free. Hotel has a beautiful rooftop where you have breakfast and is also a great restaurant. Highly recommend.

This is a really nice hotel in a really central location. A very easy walk to the Blue Mosque and other key attractions. It is super close to all the old town sites and very handy to transport options. The hotel’s restaurant has an amazing view over the city. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy.
